Blended learning is a new teaching method in which students are allowed to work in smaller groups with different instructional methods, this provides students more flexibility in deciding which learning method suits them best. This also allows students to move at their individual pace instead of working at the average pace of the entire class. By adopting this method teachers have more individualized attention for students struggling in a certain content area.
With the incorporation of new digital devices in our district we encourage our teaching staff to start to experiment and practice with this modern teaching method that have been producing impressive test results in other districts.
